One of the best ways to support and nurture your recovery regime is with meditation. I don't always feel like going but this meditation always leaves me better than it found me.

What do I like most? For starters the Mhz frequencies really set the mood. The palo santo and sage are a nice touch too.
This is intimate space so we're happy with a small group. Ten is plenty. :)
