Sobriety is not a wonder drug -- you have to work to develop a life of recovery! Food is an integral part of how we shift towards wellness and handle cravings. Our Restorative Eating coach teaches us how to restore out bodies back to a healthy balance. This workshop is just in time for the warm weather ahead. Join us as we learn how to nourish ourselves through food with healthy salad options for any meal of the day. If you haven't yet joined Len for a workshop you are in for a real treat. Her greatest gift to our community is showing us how to show up for ourselves with compassion and self love as it relates to food. Len recognizes that restoration is an inside job. Her easy to incorporate suggestions offer food options and recipes that offer impactful changes that you can incorporate into your life immediately. The recipes are simple, the ingredient list is usually short and most definitely cost effective AND the food is always delicious!
